They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it surely's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain as well much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as have been the doors, the trim, much with the furnishings, etc.

two This home is a good location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nonetheless, it really is in extreme need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Prior reviews outlined the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. And so the house acquired lots of sand in it.
that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. all of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas had the most people off many of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do suggest bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that appear out during the early morning hours and when the Sunlight starts to set and they do bite. it had been nothing that will keep you indoors while. there are a number of state parks during the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is really an understatement terpenes for being honest! its a very family friendly place instead of the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is simply too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly trip. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I possibly talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
We experienced a great time! Amethyst Dunes was the ideal little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location about the beach was well worthwhile!
